Club Events

For some of our events, such as our Annual General Meeting, you can just turn up, but for most others, particularly where we are providing transport, food or overnight accommodation, you will need to book in advance, and you can then expect confirmation from us, usually by e-mail, that your booking is complete. If you haven’t had confirmation from us within a reasonable time, then either your application or our response may have become lost – if in doubt, please ask.
